About the Role…

The Administration Assistant - Traineeship role will be completing a Certificate III in Business over the course of 12months on a fixed term contract with the possibility of employment once completed. The everyday duties will include phone and email enquiries, data entry, preparation of training materials, printing, scanning and other ad hoc duties from the coordinator to assistant with daily operations in BUSY Skills. This role will work across our various sites in Cairns and must have the ability to travel when required using our fleet vehicles.

Desired Skills and Experience

A bit about you...

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and able to adapt style to suit the audience
  • High level of computer literacy
  • Ability to obtain a Blue Card and National Police Check
