Job Description
BUSY At Work is expanding its BUSY Business division and we’re looking for a highly organised Administration Officer to support a growing team delivering business support services across multiple programs.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys variety and takes pride in keeping operations running smoothly behind the scenes.
You’ll play a critical role supporting client engagement, workshops, reporting, scheduling, financial administration and day-to-day operations across the BUSY Business team.
This is more than just a traditional admin role — we’re looking for someone proactive, adaptable and confident managing competing priorities while helping create a positive experience for both clients and staff.
About the Role
As the Administration Officer, you’ll provide operational and administrative support across a range of business support activities including workshops, advisory services, stakeholder engagement and program coordination.
You’ll work closely with leadership and advisory staff to ensure systems, records and client interactions are managed professionally, accurately and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain accurate CRM records, participant data and reporting information
Support workshop, webinar and event coordination including bookings and logistics
Assist with payment processing, invoicing and financial administration
Manage participant enquiries and day-to-day communications
Coordinate calendars, travel, venues and operational scheduling
Support reporting, compliance documentation and operational administration
Assist with onboarding and participant engagement activities
Contribute to social media and promotional content during events and workshops
Help improve administrative systems and operational processes across the business
