About the Role
Working within the Transition to Work contract, the Business Admin Trainee role will be completing a Certificate III in Business over the course of 12months on a fixed term contract with the possibility of employment once completed. In this hands‑on trainee role, you’ll play an important part in keeping our operations running smoothly while delivering exceptional service to young people, partners, and colleagues. Providing day‑to‑day administrative support to the Transition to Work team
Delivering friendly, professional customer service to internal and external stakeholders
Responding to enquiries with accuracy, clarity, and efficiency
Assisting with the preparation and coordination of email communications
Working collaboratively as part of a supportive, values‑driven service team
Managing your workload with guidance from your manager
Completing general administrative tasks as required by the Program Manager
Upholding Child Safety National Principles and following all organisational child safety policies
Contributing to broader organisational success through additional tasks as needed
This position is full time, fixed term until June 2027 and is based across our Goodna and Inala offices.
