About the Role…

Working under the direction of the Team Leader, you will respond to phone and email enquiries, assess and process applications in line with program guidelines, maintain accurate electronic records, and ensure all stakeholder interactions are delivered within required KPIs. Your work will contribute to improving social equity and supporting people into training, skills development and employment—all aligned with our organisation’s purpose and values.

This position is full-time, 12 month fixed-term role, based in our Southport office. This is a hybrid role, working 2 days a week from home! You will be completing a Certificate III in Business over the course of 12 months on a fixed term contract with the possibility of employment once completed. 

Key activities: 

  • Provide day‑to‑day administrative support to Service Delivery Officers.
  • Assess and process scholarship applications and payments in line with program guidelines.
  • Respond to email and phone enquiries promptly and meet required KPIs.
  • Handle inbound and outbound customer service calls, recording accurate and detailed file notes.
  • Maintain organised and secure electronic filing systems to ensure data accuracy and efficient access.
