At BUSY Group, we’re looking for a Mentor to support job seekers on their path to meaningful, long‑term employment. You’ll be the steady hand, the motivator, and the practical problem‑solver who helps people overcome barriers and step into work or education with confidence.
What you’ll be doing
Working closely with customers to understand their goals and create clear, achievable action plans
Coaching, motivating and empowering people through every step of their employment journey
Identifying barriers and connecting customers with the right community supports
Running self‑guided workshops that build skills, confidence and job‑readiness
Linking job‑ready participants with our Recruitment Partner and current vacancies
Keeping accurate, timely records to ensure customers get the support they need
This is a full‑time role (Mon–Fri, 8:30am–5pm), fixed term until June 2027 with potential extension. You’ll be based in Blackwater (minimum 4 days) with travel to Emerald as needed.
