If you love helping people realise their potential, this role will feel like home. As an Employment Support Consultant, you’ll walk alongside clients as they navigate their employment journey—building confidence, breaking down barriers, and celebrating every milestone.
You’ll deliver personalised coaching and support clients to believe in themselves and their future.

This is a full‑time, fixed‑term role until October 2030, based in our Aitkenvale office. Hours are 8:30am–5pm, Monday to Friday.
