Job Description
ABOUT THE ROLE Reporting to the Project Development Manager, the primary purpose of this position is to establish and maintain professional working relationships with our participants attending BUSY At Work’s Skilling Queenslanders for Work programs.
This role will involve providing training and contributing to the delivery and development of safe, creative and varied programs suited to the needs of participants while ensuring their safety, security and supervision.
You will be supported by your colleagues to cover the Brisbane, Gold Coast and Ipswich regions and receive a fully maintained Vehicle as part of your remuneration package

Desired Skills and Experience
ABOUT YOU To ensure success in this role you will possess:
Superb interpersonal and communication skills, focussing on fostering sustainable work relationships
Proven background in mentoring/coaching disadvantaged job seekers to articulate career and life goals and the steps required to achieve these
Experience and knowledge of job placement and work experience
Qualifications in social work, education, training & assessment, youth work or behavioural sciences is advantageous to your application
