Job Description

A bit about the role... 

As a Diversity Recruitment Specialist, you’ll be the matchmaker between inclusive employers and incredible jobseekers. Your superpower? Championing diversity and turning job descriptions into opportunities for people with disability.

This position is full-time, fixed-term role until October 2030 with possibility of extension, based in our Marrickville office. Working hours 8:30am-5pm in office, Monday to Friday.

Desired Skills and Experience

  • Experience in recruitment, employer engagement, or diversity hiring 
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills 
  • Knowledge of inclusive employment practices 
  • Valid Working with Children Check/Blue card with National Crimcheck with no disclosable outcomes
