We’re looking for a Service Delivery Officer who thrives in a fast‑paced environment and enjoys being part of a team that helps shape positive outcomes for apprentices, trainees, and the wider community.

What You’ll Be Doing

In this role, you’ll play a key part in ensuring the smooth and compliant processing of apprenticeship and traineeship documentation. Your day will be varied and meaningful, including:

  • Organising the accurate lodgement and assessment of training contracts, incentive claims, and loan payments in line with state and federal government requirements and performance targets.

  • Conducting quality checks on training contracts, government forms, and related documentation to ensure all information is correct before processing.

  • Handling inbound and outbound customer service calls with professionalism, ensuring clear communication and thorough documentation of file notes.

  • Sorting, logging, and recording incoming and outgoing mail within required timeframes.

  • Maintaining organised electronic and hard‑copy filing systems to support efficient access, data integrity, and secure file management.

  • Working collaboratively as part of a dedicated service team, contributing to a positive and values‑driven workplace culture.

  • Managing your own workload effectively to meet deadlines and achieve KPIs set by the General Manager – Apprenticeships.

  • Upholding child safety principles and organisational policies to ensure the wellbeing of children and young people.

  • Supporting the organisation with additional tasks as required to help drive overall success.

This role is full time fixed term until 30 June 2026. This role is on a hybrid model working from home 2 days a week and working in office 3 days a week.

Desired Skills and Experience

A bit about your experience…

  • Demonstrated customer service experience  
  • Digitally savvy – intermediate computer skills
  • Previous administration experience 
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet KPI’s
  • Ability to resolve complex client situations with resilience and maturity 
  • Ability to obtain a Blue Card and National Police Check with no outcomes
