At The BUSY Group, our tenders team plays a vital role in securing opportunities and driving growth. As our Tender Coordinator, you’ll be at the heart of this process, managing and coordinating tender submissions and capability activities with precision and care. Your organisational skills will ensure that every bid is prepared accurately, submitted on time, and meets all requirements.
This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a structured, deadline-driven environment. You’ll work closely with stakeholders across the Group, bringing together contributions from multiple teams and keeping everything on track. With strong attention to detail and clear communication, you’ll make sure nothing slips through the cracks and every submission reflects our professionalism.
You’ll be supported by a well-established, skilled, and caring tender team who value collaboration and recognise the importance of your contribution. The role is multi-faceted, giving you exposure to all The BUSY Group’s main activities and operations, and offering plenty of opportunities to learn and grow.
The tender process can be high-pressure and fast-moving, but that’s where your organisational strengths shine. You’ll be the one driving efficiency, keeping timelines under control, and ensuring the team stays focused. A bit about you…
- Proven background in business administration, project support, or a related field (preferred).
- Exposure to or knowledge of the tender process will be highly regarded.
- Outstanding coordination and facilitation skills, with a natural ability to support and align teams.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with confidence engaging stakeholders at all levels.
- Sharp attention to detail and the resilience to perform under pressure and tight deadlines.
- Proficiency with document management tools and software, especially Microsoft Office Suite and SharePoint.
- Ability to obtain a police check with no disclosable outcomes and a valid Blue Card.
