About the Role…
The key to your success in this role will be building and maintaining effective relationships with local employers, pro-actively understanding their resourcing needs and successfully creating job opportunities for our participants. If you are a business development or sales professional looking to make your mark by focusing on business growth by connecting young people with fulfilling careers, then this is the job for you!!

Deliver business development and reverse marketing activities to identify new and ongoing local employment opportunities
Develop a strong understanding of the local labour market by building relationships with employers and identifying opportunities for interviews and employment for our young people
Drive Participant attraction and build a pipeline through active community engagement and networking, events, and targeted campaigns
Deliver business development and reverse marketing activities to identify new and ongoing local employment opportunities and to develop a strong understanding of the local labour market
Develop strong relationships with Participants, both face to face and over the phone, to understand their placement potential and the actions needed to assist them to be job ready
Meet your performance indicators by converting sales leads into placements
Negotiate wage subsidy agreements with employers
Work closely with Employment Consultants to identify employer skills needs and appropriately match young talent

This role is full time, fixed term until 30 June 2027 with the possibility of extension, based in Dandenong.
