Job Description
A bit about the role...
Working within a Workforce Australia specialist contract; Ex-Offenders Program as an Employment consultant means taking on the challenging yet fulfilling responsibility of assisting a diverse range of clients in securing sustainable meaningful employment. You'll manage a varied and active caseload, focusing on retraining and upskilling while forging partnerships with local employers to create opportunities. This role requires resilience, outstanding conflict resolution abilities, and a track record of meeting KPIs. If you're passionate about making a positive impact on individuals' lives and communities, this position is perfect for you!
This role is full time, fixed term until 30 June 2027 based in our East Brisbane office. Working hours 8:30am-5pm Monday to Friday, in office.
