About the position...

Ready to be the go-to person who keeps our tender process running like clockwork? As our Tender Coordinator, you’ll own the whole flow—from kick-off to submission—making sure every bid is spot-on, on time, and ticking all the right boxes. You’ll work hand-in-hand with teams across the business, juggling deadlines in a fast-paced, high-energy environment where your attention to detail truly makes a difference.

Here's a taste of what you'll be up to!

  • Coordinating and scheduling tender activities, ensuring every deadline is met with precision.
  • Collaborating with internal teams and senior stakeholders to gather key information for winning bids.
  • Managing tender documentation, conducting quality checks, and ensuring full compliance.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors throughout the tender process.
  • Supporting post-tender reviews to capture lessons learned and improve future submissions.
  • Providing timely support to global tender teams and helping streamline reporting and communications

This role is permanent full time in our Gold Coast or Fortitude Valley Office.

Desired Skills and Experience

About you...

  • Proven experience in business administration, marketing support, or a related field (preferred).
  • Knowledge and/or experience in the tender process would be beneficial.
  • Excellent coordination, facilitation and support skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
  • Ability to obtain a Blue Card and National Police Check with no outcomes
