About the Role
We are seeking a proactive Administration Officer to provide essential support for the Self-Employment Assistance (SEA) program. Reporting directly to the Program Manager, you’ll play a key role in ensuring smooth program delivery and supporting participants on their business journey.
Your responsibilities will include:
Working collaboratively with candidates, mentors, and the SEA team to provide timely and effective support.
Accurate administration of our CRM and compliance with system requirements.
Data analysis and report preparation to enhance and streamline business processes.
Managing participant intake and onboarding, ensuring accurate advice on eligibility, enrolment, and program requirements.
Handling inbound customer service calls and conducting quality outbound calls within agreed timeframes.
This position is offered as a full-time fixed-term contract until 30 June 2027, with the potential for extension. While ideally full-time, we are open to considering part-time applicants. The role will be based in our Maroochydore, Noosa or Caloundra offices.

About you...
Confidence working within tight timeframes and meeting deadlines.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to exercise sound judgement.
Proven administration and customer service experience, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships.
Competence in using workplace systems and CRM tools.
The ability to obtain a Blue Card and National Police Check (with no disclosable outcomes).
A current open driver’s licence.
