About the Role…
This role will report into the Business Manager and offer administrative support for the Self Employment Assistance contract.
What might this look like you may ask?
Work collaboratively with candidates, mentors and the SEA team to support them with relevant matters related to the SEA program
Accurate administration of databases and other system requirements
Data analysis and report writing to improve and develop business processes
Intake and onboarding of participants providing accurate program information, eligibility, and enrolment advice
Manage inbound customer service calls and initiate quality customer service outbound calls with a set timeframe where deemed necessary
The successful applicant will be offered a full time fixed term contract until 30 June 2027 with potential for extension, based out of a Maroochydore office. Additionally, for the right applicant we would consider part time applicants.

Desired Skills and Experience
About you...
Must be comfortable working within tight timeframes
Experience resolving problems using judgement when responding to issues and discerning when issues should be escalated
Proven Administration and Customer Service skills required in order to create, maintain and enhance customer relationships
Ability to effectively use technology in the workplace
Ability to obtain a Blue Card and National Police Check with no disclosable outcomes
Open drivers licence
