About the Role…

Are you a master of marketing logistics who loves seeing strategy come to life on the ground? Are you passionate about making brands shine in local communities through signage, activations and events? If yes – this could be your next big move.

At The BUSY Group, we’re looking for a Marketing Manager – Offline Activity who thrives in a fast-evolving workplace. In this role, you’ll manage all non-digital marketing activity to boost brand visibility through signage, community engagement/events and importantly developing systems and strategies to help support our on-the ground teams to deliver their own local marketing activity to a consistently high quality.

What does an everyday look like?

  • Leading the planning, execution, and evaluation of offline marketing activities including: Signage rollout, out-of-home advertising and events, community activations, and sponsorships.
  • Ensuring consistent brand presence across all physical and local marketing touchpoints
  • Partnering with teams across Australia (and globally!) to bring campaigns to life in local communities
  • Supporting event logistics and field marketing efforts with energy and efficiency
  • Championing marketing self-service by building systems, templates, and playbooks that empower our people to deliver local marketing effectively
  • Working closely with suppliers and partners on printing, collateral production, and signage delivery
  • Always looking for ways to streamline processes and drive smarter ways of working

This role is based at our Southport Head Office full time, on a permanent basis.

Desired Skills and Experience

A bit about you...

  • A strong background in offline/traditional marketing, with hands-on experience in print, signage, events and campaign execution
  • A process-driven mindset, with the ability to build systems and guides others can follow
  • Project management skills that keep things moving on time and on budget
  • Experience managing events or sponsorship activations
  • A roll-up-your-sleeves attitude—you’re just as comfortable developing strategy as you are getting hands-on to make it happen
  • Blue Card and National Police check with no disclosable outcomes
