We’re on the hunt for a Reporting & Support Officer who’s as sharp with numbers as they are with strategy. In this dynamic role, you’ll be the go-to person for reporting, analysis, and project support across our Scholarships and Programs Team. You’ll work side-by-side with the General Manager to drive operational excellence and help spot new opportunities for growth.

What does an everyday look like?

  • Leading the charge on smarter, faster, automated reporting
  • Digging into the data to uncover trends and insights
  • Supporting tenders and new business wins with your research wizardry
  • Collaborating with government and internal stakeholders to deliver high-impact outcomes

This is a permanent full-time role based in either our Toowoomba or Southport office.

Desired Skills and Experience

A bit about your experience…

  • Proficient in advanced Excel functions and analytics, with a strong understanding of business intelligence platforms and reporting tools such as Microsoft Power BI.
  • Demonstrated experience in leading and coordinating process improvement initiatives.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively across diverse teams.
  • Proven ability to thrive in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments while maintaining exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to obtain a Blue Card and National Police Check
