About the Role…

As our ITS Asset Officer, you’ll be responsible for overseeing the lifecycle of our IT hardware and software assets. From procurement to retirement, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring accurate tracking, compliance, and configuration management that keeps our organisation running smoothly.

This role is full time permanent based at our Head Office in Southport. 

What does a typical week look like?

  • Manage IT asset tracking, procurement, deployment, and disposal
  • Maintain and update asset inventories in management systems (e.g., CMDB)
  • Oversee software licence compliance and usage
  • Coordinate onboarding, offboarding, and asset transfers
  • Work with suppliers and internal teams to support configuration accuracy
  • Identify improvements to optimise asset usage and reporting

Desired Skills and Experience

A bit about your experience...

  • 2+ years in a similar IT asset or support role
  • Ability to obtain a Blue Card and National Police Check
  • Experience with asset management tools or CMDB systems
  • Understanding of IT procurement and software licensing
  • Exposure to ITIL practices (Foundation certification desirable)
