What a typical week might look like?
Partner with senior leaders to deliver people strategies that align with business objectives
Lead succession planning and drive initiatives that support employee growth and long-term retention
Manage employee relations matters with a fair and considered approach, ensuring compliance and consistency
Coach and support managers across performance, culture, engagement, and leadership development
Lead change initiatives, organisational design, and workforce planning
Use people data and insights to inform decisions and continuously improve the employee experience
Support the full employee lifecycle, including development, retention, and employee relations

Desired Skills and Experience
A bit about you...
A passionate HR Professional with minimum of 3 years’ experience in a people and culture advisory or above related role
Ability to use a HRIS (ELMO is preferrable)
Intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite
Confident, self-motivated and able to work independently where required as well as part of a team
Ability to work in a complex business model, whilst ensuring strong attention to detail and high levels of accuracy
Ability to obtain a Blue Card and National Police Check
