Job Description
A bit about the role…
The primary purpose of the role is to provide general administrative support to the National Manager to support the Australian Defence Force – Transition Support Services. Based out of our Brisbane office you will work closely with the Team Leader / Regional Managers to provide enquiry support, transactional assistance and compliance/data entry tasks.
This role is permanent full time, office based in Brisbane.

Desired Skills and Experience
About you…
Demonstrated high-level ICT skills in particular the use of the Microsoft suite of programs;
Demonstrated ability to interpret and apply guidelines, administrative procedures and processes; and comply with all legislative and regulatory requirements including but not limited to Privacy, Equal Employment Opportunity, Sexual Harassment and Occupational Health and Safety.
Minimum 5 years' experience in administration, servicing large scale corporate businesses
Baseline Security Clearance or ability to obtain.
Ability to obtain a Blue Card and National Police Check;
Open drivers licence.
