Job Description
A bit about the role...
As a Coordinator/Mentor you will be responsible for running construction-based programs on community organisation sites, leading a team of trainees in daily activities 5 days per week. The role requires applicants to have a blend of project coordination and mentoring skills. You will provide resources coordination for local partners, provide support and mentoring to trainees in order to help build job ready skills for transitions into work. Working on construction programs, you will also be helping not for profit organisations in the areas by undertaking general work to upgrade facilities with your traineeship team.
This is a short term contract until August 2025 with the potential for ongoing work into 2026. In this role, you will have to travel across the Russell Island Region.
