What You’ll Be Doing...
Leading and developing a team of People and Culture Business Partners and Administrators.
Partnering with senior leaders to drive a progressive People agenda.
Providing expert advice on employee relations, performance, and compliance.
Working with our Centres of Excellence to create best-in-class People practices.
Driving continuous improvement in HR service delivery and employee experience.
This is a permanent, full-time position based at our Southport Head Office.
