A bit about the role…
The primary purpose of this position is to provide career coaching and support to ADF Members who are transitioning from military to civilian life, via BUSY At Work’s Australian Defence Force – Transition Support Services. To assist the eligible ADF Member to obtain meaningful engagement or employment upon transition from the ADF and enhancing the members financial security and wellbeing through immediate employment or engagement and reintegration into civilian life.
This role is permanent full time, office based in Adelaide.

Desired Skills and Experience
About you…
Previous experience in a similar role of developing and delivering work readiness and employability skills within industry, youth support and/or education sectors
A demonstrated ability to successfully engage clients in relevant and dynamic learning
Experience working with people who are overcoming adversity
Good understanding of a broad range of industries and vocational education and training
Proven ability to develop cooperative working relationships and work as part of a team with broad range of internal and external stakeholders, in industry, vocational education and training and the school community to ensure outcomes for students are achieved
Must have one of the following:
Minimum 5 years’ experience in the employment services industry or community services sector;
Cert IV in Career Development (or similar);
Minimum 4 years full-time ADF service in the preceding 5 years.
Baseline Security Clearance or ability to obtain
Must be an Australian Citizen
Ability to obtain a Blue Card and National Police Check
Open drivers licence
