Presenting over 45 years’ experience in skilling solutions and services to employers and businesses, job seekers and students, through apprenticeship support services, employment, education support programs, and vocational training.

Job Description

So what does an everyday look like?

  • Lead a team of various roles ensuring individual and team KPI's are achieved
  • Take pride in working with disadvantaged job seekers: you will become pivotal in their journey of employment through the opportunities the team and you have created for them
  • Foster strong relationships to ensure a constant business is maintained
  • Support your team to achieve their goals by building strategic employer relationships
  • Create relationships with community stakeholders that support the needs of the program
  • Manage the governance associated with expenditure through the fund, ensuring and delivering compliance whilst adhering to

This role is full time, fixed term until 30 June 2025 with the possibility of extension based at Warwick.

Desired Skills and Experience

A bit about you...

  • Demonstrated experience of leading teams, including remote and mobile teams, and capability in driving performance and meeting KPI’s and targets
  • Strong people management, coaching and mentoring skills
  • Exceptional ability to build strategic relationships resulting in business outcomes
  • Strong problem solving and analytical skills with the ability to interpret a broad range of information including data, contracts and deeds
  • An open car drivers' licence
  • Ability to obtain a Blue Card and National Police Check
