Job Description
A bit about the role...
Working within a Workforce Australia specialist contract; Ex-Offenders Program, the Team Leader will assist the Business Manager by fostering a supportive and encouraging working environment that builds a strong culture in exceeding all targets for commencements, placements and outcomes, while complying with Deed requirements and any relevant Policy Guidelines.
Reporting to a Business Manager, Team Leaders ensure day-to-day mentoring and coaching is available to team members. This will require them to participate in a range of initiatives and to support the achievement of objectives as directed by the Employment Programs Management Team.
Team Leaders are committed to the values of The BUSY Group as a community based, Non-Profit organisation, promoting inclusion and economic participation for all Australians, particularly those who are highly disadvantaged by building community capacity through representation with local employers, Indigenous, CALD, PWD, parenting, health, education & youth services.
This position is full-time, fixed-term role until 30 June 2025 with potential for extension, based in Fortitude Valley.
