Job Description
A bit about the role…
You will be providing administrative support services for the delivery and Co-ordination of events to support the Joint Transition Authority (JTA) in the delivery of the ADF Member and Family Transition Seminars - National Events Program, including live virtual and static seminars. You will be employed by BUSY and will sit in the Joint Transition Authority offices completing work on our behalf.
This role is permanent full time, based in Canberra.

Desired Skills and Experience
About you…
Minimum 5 years' experience in a previous administration role
Demonstrated high-level ICT skills in particular the use of the Microsoft suite of programs
Experience in coordinating seminars
Experience in conducting presentations and creating MC scripts
Baseline Security Clearance or ability to obtain.
Ability to obtain a Blue Card and National Police Check;
Must be an Australian Citizen.
