A bit about the role...
The role of Business Manager, known internally as our Performance and Partnership Lead will lead their team to be the provider of choice, building and maintaining effective relationships with employers, customers and community partners that create sustainable employment opportunities and outcomes for program participants. The Performance and Partnership Leader is responsible for building and maintaining strategic relationships in the community that specifically lead to caseload growth through customer acquisition in a variety of referral channels.
This role is full time, fixed term until 30 June 2025 with the possibility of extension based out of any BUSY Ability office across the ACT Region.
So, what does an everyday look like?
Drive customer acquisition activities that attract job seekers, realising a continuous pipeline of program participants from a variety of referral channels.
Drive and lead regional performance, quality and financial viability by ensuring key performance and compliance objectives are pursued and met each month.
Lead, coach and empower team members to successfully deliver upon their functional objectives.
