The BUSY Group is a national, for‑purpose organisation supporting people into sustainable employment, training, and education. The Ex‑Offender Program at The BUSY Group (delivered through BUSY Ability) is a Workforce Australia Specialist Employment Service designed specifically to support people with a lived experience of the justice system to re‑enter the workforce. The program provides individualised, step‑by‑step support to help participants overcome barriers related to prior convictions and build a sustainable career.
