As a Team Leader, you’ll be the heartbeat of your sites—leading up to 10 staff, coaching performance, and jumping in to support whenever needed. Think of yourself as a mentor, problem-solver, and energiser all in one, driving outcomes that matter.

This position is full-time, fixed-term role until June 2030 with possibility of extension, based in our Townsville office. Working hours 8:30am-5pm in office, Monday to Friday.

2–5+ years of experience leading teams across multiple sites in the employment services industry
Strong people skills—empathetic, organised, and a clear communicator
Valid Working with Children Check/Blue card with National Crimcheck with no disclosable outcomes
