We’re BUSY Ability, and we’re looking for an In-Work Support Partner to join our spirited team. In this role, you won’t just be part of a company—you’ll be part of a movement that’s transforming lives through sustainable employment and inclusive workplaces.
Working within our Disability Employment Services Program you will be the crucial link that ensures sustainable employment success for job seekers in the Disability Employment Services (DES) program. Your role is all about creating meaningful connections—mentoring job seekers, collaborating with employers, and providing guidance that empowers both parties. You will craft innovative solutions for workplace diversity, support workforce planning, and design customized employment opportunities that break the mold of traditional roles. With a focus on long-term outcomes, you’ll track milestones, celebrate achievements, and tackle challenges with a proactive, hands-on approach. If you love to build lasting partnerships and thrive on seeing others succeed, this is the role for you!
This position is full-time, fixed-term role until 30 October 2025 with possibility of extension, based in our Upper Mount Gravatt office. Working hours 8:30am-5pm Monday to Friday; in office.

A natural problem solver who thinks outside the box and loves a good challenge.
Experienced in workforce planning, case management, or disability support (big plus if you’ve done this before!).
Ready to thrive in a fast-paced, BUSY environment where every day is different and rewarding.
Ability to obtain a Working With Children Check and National Police Check
